- What We Do – Accountabilities
• Assures understand what US team need, manage well development job, execute well on all products.
• As measured by good quality samples on schedule, shoes are loved by buyers/customers, make brand growth.
• Assures connect with US, material, commercialization, production, pricing teams and shoe factories, get balance of each team, have good result.
• As measured by solving all problems at early stage, get a reasonable shoe price, development and production run smoothly, make good business.
• Coordinate with developers for daily sample fitting.
Essential Functions
• Understand product development requirement from US product development team, work with the team try best to meet target.
• Tracking samples on schedule, watch out patterns, materials and other details.
• Make sure have the products are available to make productions, have all shoes/materials pass lab test, solve potential issue before shoe order are placed.
• Pass all clear information to PP and Production team.
• Work closely with pricing team and shoe factories to get a reasonable price to meet target price.
• Have a good communication/relationship with team.
Preferred Qualifications & Education
• College’s degree above or equivalent educational or professional experience
• >2 years above working experience in shoe development
• Attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Strong partnering, problem solving, and analytical skills
• Ability of English communication
